I have dedicated 20 years to the fitness industry, due to my passion to motivate people not only to look better, but more importantly to feel better and live longer, healthier lives. As a personal trainer for the past 20 years, I have taken my enthusiasm for fitness from a broad range to focusing on a more intimate level. Training people one-on-one, has enabled me to help my clients improve their strength, endurance, balance, and coordination. My time is dedicated to helping people gain the body, spirit and confidence they desire. I begin by devising my own personal workout for each one of my clients depending on their personal goals and fitness levels. In addition to personalized workouts, I provide nutritional guidance and coaching so you will learn to make food choices that meet your dietary needs. I take great pride in my work and enjoy the lasting friendships that are created. Getting in shape can be a frustrating experience, but I am here to give you hope and to personally support you in your efforts in believing that any goal is possible.
