The passion I have for exercise, health, and sports led me to pursue an Exercise Sports Science degree from Rockhurt University. In order to get a jumpstart on my career, I was certified as a personal trainer in 2010. I am now in my 10th year of training and in that period of time I have been successful in helping clients acheive their personal goals. I take great pride in teaching cutting edge training techniques. I am continuously studying and do whatever is necessary to be the best trainer I can be for my clients. My goal is to help clients improve their overall health. I love fitness because I am not only bettering myself, but more importantly, I am changing other peoples’ lives. I firmly believe that exercise is my calling. I believe in pulling from a mixed range of disciplines, such as: Olympic lifts, calisthenics, Pilates, strongmen exercise, and designing individual workout plans which focus on achieving long-term results through challengine and constant varied workouts. I do not believe there is one specific type of exercise that is best. I believe in incorporating everything in being the best possible trainer. I believe in a healthy lifestyle and not in fad diets. Helping people get to where they can lead a healthy lifestyle is what I am most passionate about.
