Kansas City Personal Training: SaraI’ve been training with Ryan at MJ Fitness since October 2010 and have felt and seen results since our first workout!

Even though my workouts are early in the morning, Ryan always greets me with his high-energy, can-do attitude and a sweat inducing work-out. Trust me, Ryan has an endless supply of challenging routines!

A few of my favorite routines that Ryan has introduced to me to include TRX lunges, Arnold Presses, and Russian twists. Though, I think Ryan believes my favorites also include mountain climbers and wind sprints!

With Ryan’s dedication to help me achieve my fitness goals, I have lost 12 pounds, 13% body fat, and 7 inches overall. I have gained shoulder, back and upper arm definition over the last nine months, and sleek hard abs!

I totally look forward to each work-out with Ryan and can’t image training without Ryan’s encouraging words and energizing work-outs!
